Support of non-profit charity organizations includes United Way Moscow, which is engaged in funding programs of charity institutions and providing social care to four groups of citizens: orphans, children from disadvantaged families, senior and disabled citizens, and the homeless and refugees.

United Way ConocoPhillips Russia Inc. has a matching donations program for United Way Russia Charitable Foundation. ConocoPhillips Russia Inc. supports a number of Red Cross programs in Naryan Mar, Nenets Autonomous region, providing support to local schools, orphanages, and elderly and disabled people. Handicrafts Club provides elderly women the opportunity to interact with each other and spend leisurely hours knitting on cold winter days.   Shown in the photo below is handiwork made by Naryan-Mar women.
