In 2009, ConocoPhillips Russia employees have implemented three volunteer programs identified and selected by our Charity committee. Each project had a group leader who was the key coordinator for the organization and employees. We believe that a corporate volunteering program helps to build the company's rapport with the community where we operate and teambuilding spirit within the company.
