Downside Up's Charity In-door Football Tournament to benefit children with Down syndrome

ConocoPhillips Russia team has participated in  Downside Up's Charity In-door Football Tournament to benefit children with Down syndrome, that took place in Dinamo in-door arena. Though cometing with 11 other corporate teams, our team has not been the prize winner, but we met our main goal - raised money to support families with disabled children and attracted attention of the community to this social problem.

Charity Curling Cup 2010

This year ConocoPhillips volunteers have participated in the Second Charity Curling Cup 2010 for corporate teams. The tournament took place at the ice palace of the “MOSKVICH” experimental school of higher sports skills. The event was organized by “Humanitarian Programmes Support” Charitable Foundation (HPSCF), with the support of the Moscow City Department of Physical Culture and Sport. Funds raised at the tournament contributed to a programme of support for the families of children with severe disabilities (cerebral palsy, central nervous system disorders, Down Syndrome, autism, genetic and oncological disorders). The 4 players of ConocoPhillips team have competed with 12 other corporate teams. The main purpose of this tournament and our participation was to attract the attention of the community to disability issues in this country, and to help this people.
